Follow these steps at your club’s own website. Available screens and actions depend on your account’s role and the programs your club has enabled.

Disconnecting takes effect immediately.
Disconnect your connection
Open Security & devices in the member portal or Connect your AI in the admin sidebar.
Find the app and select Disconnect.
Admins: disconnect staff connections
Open Connect your AI → Team connections.
Disconnect ends one connection.
Disconnect all ends every staff connection. Each person must reconnect.
Turning off Allow staff to connect Claude and other agent tools in Club → Staff & tools also disconnects every staff connection.
Two other settings there take effect on a tool's very next request, without disconnecting anyone:
Turning off Let connected tools make changes (with your approval for consequential ones) makes every staff connection look-only. Turn it back on and connections that were allowed to make changes can make them again.
Turning off Allow agent tools we haven't verified yet stops every tool that isn't on Swim Ops' verified list. Those connections stop working and can't reconnect while the setting is off.
Connections also end on their own after 180 days, when the person is suspended or changes roles, and when they sign out everywhere.
