Disconnecting a tool

Remove an AI connection and understand when access ends automatically.

Follow these steps at your club’s own website. Available screens and actions depend on your account’s role and the programs your club has enabled.

Overview

Ending a connection is one click and takes effect immediately. There's nothing left for the tool to do once you disconnect it.

Disconnect your own connection

  1. Open Security & devices (in the member portal, under More) or Connected tools in the admin sidebar.

  2. Find the app under Connected apps and click Disconnect.

Admins: disconnect someone else's, or everyone's

Admins can see every staff connection under Connected tools → Team connections.

  • Disconnect next to any row ends that one connection.

  • Disconnect all ends every connected tool for every staff member. Use this for a board transition, or if you're not sure which connections are still legitimate. Everyone will need to reconnect afterward.

Turning off Connected tools entirely under Club → Staff & tools also disconnects everything, not just blocks new connections.

What happens automatically

A connection also ends on its own when:

  • it reaches its 180-day limit (or the season ends, whichever comes first), you'll get a reminder email two weeks ahead so you can reconnect before it lapses,

  • the person is suspended, has their role changed, or leaves the club,

  • or someone signs out everywhere from Security & devices.
