Sign in without passwords
Members and staff sign in with a link sent to their email, or with their Google account. There are no passwords in the system at all. So there are no password resets for a volunteer to field.

Mistakes are one click from fixed
Every edit to a household or member is recorded with a before-and-after picture. Staff can undo a single change or a whole bulk edit straight from the audit log for thirty days. Money records are excluded on purpose. Corrections to the books are made as new entries, never by rewriting history.

When someone joins from the public site the platform checks whether that household already exists and lines up likely matches for staff to review. The roster stays clean, and a second entry is a much harder way to game a waitlist.

A household's statement, balance, bond, and camp spending suitable for dependent-care claims, shows the same numbers in the member portal, the admin console, and email. The treasurer never has to reconcile two versions of the truth.
Answers before anyone has to call
Members can ask a question right on their portal home. The answer is grounded in the club's own published pages, its help content, and that family's own account. And when the system isn't sure, it says so instead of guessing.
Automations you build yourself
A real workflow builder, not a fixed menu. Pick a trigger, add steps, emails, staff tasks, tags, portal notices, and rehearse the whole thing against the last thirty days of the club's real activity before it can be switched on.
