Pricing, the founding-club program, and product capabilities described on this site are current working plans, including which claims are still launch-gated. None of it is a binding offer; commercial terms exist only in a signed agreement.

The fee-savings calculator produces illustrative estimates from the numbers you enter. It is not a processing quote or a guarantee of savings; verify with your club's own effective rates before making decisions.

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe or breach its security, misrepresent your affiliation when contacting us, or scrape the site to train systems that misattribute its content. Security researchers acting in good faith are welcome to report findings to hello@swimops.io.

The Swim Ops name, mark, and the content of this site belong to LAMO Ventures, LLC. You may quote or reference the site with attribution; you may not present its content as your own or use the marks in a way that implies endorsement.

This website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAMO Ventures, LLC disclaims implied warranties for the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits the terms a club negotiates in its service agreement.

Program name: Swim Ops club notifications. Swim Ops, operated by LAMO Ventures, LLC, sends account and membership text messages on behalf of the member-owned swim clubs that use the platform. Each message identifies the club it is sent for.

Messages are limited to membership dues reminders with a secure payment link, membership waitlist offers, and occasional facility notices such as weather closures. No marketing, promotional, or third-party content is sent.

Recipients are club members or waitlist applicants who explicitly opted in through their club's authenticated member portal. Opt-in is never pre-checked and is never a condition of membership.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@swimops.io or your club's membership office.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from any message and you will receive no further texts. You can also opt out by unchecking the notification preference in your club's member portal, or by asking your club's membership office.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update them by posting a revised version with a new date; continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the revised terms.
