Is this built for someone like me?
If you’re the person keeping a community swim club running—whether that’s your job, your board role, or your volunteer hat—yes. Swim Ops brings member admin, money, programs, and communications together. It’s club operations software; it doesn’t replace swim-meet timing or competition management.
Can I use the software without the managed service?
Yes. Run the platform yourself, use its self-service member portal and automations, and add managed help where it makes sense for your workload. We agree the service scope with you.
What do the AI agents actually do?
They can review club records, summarize questions, prepare replies, organize renewal and program work, and pull together reports. Agent access is configured for your club. With write access enabled, everyday updates can happen immediately; consequential actions require your approval in Swim Ops. Your club controls access, money and policy.
Do I have to rebuild our website?
No. You can keep your existing public website and link to the member portal. If you want everything together, Swim Ops also includes a branded club website with editable pages, published pool hours, and a newsletter archive.
What happens to our data and payments?
Your club owns its records. Operational CSV exports and the API let you access your data; an all-in-one archive is not currently available. Payments are designed to use your club’s connected Stripe account, which we set up and verify during onboarding.
How long does switching take?
We agree a dated plan around your records, setup needs, and renewal calendar. The private trial lets you check the import and everyday workflows before going live. Member communications remain off until you approve launch.
