Pool hours and visiting

Check opening hours and closures, and learn how to register guest visits.

Follow these steps at your club’s own website. Available screens and actions depend on your account’s role and the programs your club has enabled.

Overview

Day-to-day pool hours — today's open/closed status and the full week — live on the member portal Home, in the At the pool section. Those hours come from the structured schedule staff configure at Reach → Website → Pool hours: seasonal date ranges, a weekly open/close pattern, and one-off exceptions (holiday hours or closures). When a member asks when the pool opens or closes on a given day, point them to Home first.

The same At the pool section also lists enabled programs (camp, lap swim, parties, events, guests, shop, and others the club has turned on) so members start those from Home without a separate Pool page. Old Pool links still open Home and scroll to that section.

If the structured schedule isn't configured yet, Home's pool-hours card falls back to a link to the published CMS Hours & visiting page. That CMS page (Reach → Website → Public pages) is also where visiting policies, guest rules, and any free-text notes that don't fit the structured schedule belong. Staff keep it current alongside the structured hours. For questions the published pages don't cover, invite the member to start a support ticket.

When staff close the pool the same day, Home shows a warning banner at the top with the reason and a note that the club will email when it reopens.

Guests

Guest rules (passes, fees, daily limits) are club policy, and belong on the same CMS page (or a related one) alongside the hours. Members manage guest visits from Guests in the member portal when that module is enabled. See Member billing questions if a guest fee shows up on a household's account.
