Follow these steps at your club’s own website. Available screens and actions depend on your account’s role and the programs your club has enabled.
Overview
On Get ready, household details and waivers are separate groups. Open Read and sign for the person and season shown, read the full text, then agree and sign that item. Each waiver has its own consent form; opening a waiver does not sign it. If an agreement is unavailable, check back later.
After signing in, Home is your command center. A quick read of where your membership stands, what needs attention, and what's coming up. It's a summary that links out to where you take action, not a form for every task.
Home at a glance
If you're a current member, the top of Home shows four status tiles you can click straight into:
Membership, your membership type → opens your Membership page.
Next renewal, your next renewal date (or where you are in the renewal process) → opens renewal.
Balance due: what you owe right now, or Paid up if you're clear → opens your statement.
Payment status: whether your most relevant invoice is open, processing, or paid → opens that invoice.
Below the tiles:
Needs attention collects open invoices, tickets waiting on your reply, and anything else that needs you. If there are onboarding items outstanding (a waiver to sign, a required detail missing), a Get ready button links to a page where you can finish them.
Coming up lists your upcoming reservations and events.
At the pool shows today's open/closed status, this week's pool hours, and a grid of enabled programs (camp, lap swim, parties, events, guests, shop, and others the club has turned on). Start those programs from here.
Add to calendar lets you subscribe once so camp weeks, lap swims, party bookings, and event RSVPs land in your phone's calendar. If the link ever leaks, regenerate it and the old one stops working. (This moved to Home from the household page.)
Account credit shows any credit on your account.
Ask a question answers common questions from club information and your own account. If it can't answer confidently, it points you to Contact us rather than guessing.
Contact us asks first when the assistant is available. Most questions get an instant answer; if that doesn't settle it, one click sends the question (with the answer attached for staff) to the pool manager. You can also write to the manager directly after you've asked.
If you've applied but aren't a member yet, Home shows your application / waitlist status instead of the member tiles. If your membership has ended, Home shows that, with a way to get in touch.
Getting around
The main menu is Home · Membership · Activity · Contact. Everything else — Communications, Documents, and the individual program pages — lives under More (or the ☰ menu on a phone).
Membership: your membership summary, plus household details, billing (invoices, payment methods, statement), your signed-waiver history, and a quiet link to relinquish if you're leaving.
Activity: your household's full history (see below).
Contact, ask a question first (when available), or send a message to the pool manager when you need a person.
Communications, newsletters, announcements, and pool updates from the club (this is what used to be called "Notifications").
Managing your household
My household (under Membership) is where you keep your own record current — no need to call the office:
Contact details: the household's mailing address and phone, and an optional emergency contact.
Communication preferences: email and text opt-ins for yourself, and which family members should be copied on email and/or text when the club contacts your household.
Sign-in addresses. Add another email you can sign in with (it has to be verified first), or remove one. This is the same person, same account. It doesn't add a second person.
Invite another adult. Give a spouse or partner their own login on the household. Pending invitations can be revoked before they're accepted.
Family members: add, edit, or remove the people in your household (including children), with their own contact details and the allergies, authorized-pickup contacts, and any custom info the club collects. Camp and lap swim read from what you enter here, so you enter it once instead of on every registration. Removing someone is blocked while they still have an upcoming lap swim reservation, a camp registration, a pending camp lottery request, or a waitlist spot. Cancel those first, and the message will tell you which. Removing a family member hides them but keeps their history on record (so past camp rosters and receipts still make sense); ask the club if you need someone brought back.
Your activity history
Activity is your household's history in one place: messages the club sent you (and whether they delivered), payments and billing events, program signups, and account changes. Filter by category, Account, Membership, Programs, Billing, Messages, Support, and search by keyword within a category. An email entry is clickable: open it to see the subject, who it was sent to, who was copied, the delivery status, and when it went out. If you're wondering "did the club ever email me about this?", look here before opening a ticket.
Caregiver passes
If a nanny or grandparent brings your kids to the pool, add a caregiver pass from the Events page (under More, or from At the pool on Home):
Enter the caregiver's name and add the pass. The fee is set by the club and is frozen at the amount shown when you add it.
An invoice is created. the pass only becomes active once you pay it.
Remove a pass from the same page when it's no longer needed.
A pass covers one named caregiver for the season; you can't add the same name twice for the same season.
