Signing out and managing your devices

Review signed-in devices and end sessions you no longer use.

Follow these steps at your club’s own website. Available screens and actions depend on your account’s role and the programs your club has enabled.

Overview

Open Security & devices in the member portal (under More in the navigation menu) to see every browser or phone where you're currently signed in.

On the sign-in page, Keep me signed in on this device (checked by default) controls every sign-in method. Magic link, Google, and text code. Uncheck it on a shared club computer and the session ends about 12 hours after sign-in (or when the browser closes), whichever comes first.

What you'll see

Each row shows a best-guess device name (for example, "Chrome on Mac"), when you signed in, and when the session was last active. The device you're using now is marked This device.

If you chose shared device when signing in, the row also shows a Shared device badge. Those sessions stay signed in for up to 12 hours and end when you close the browser. They're meant for club computers or other shared machines.

Sign out options

  • Sign out (on the current device) ends your session here and returns you to the sign-in page.

  • Sign out this device on another row remotely ends that session. The next time someone opens that browser, they'll need to sign in again.

  • Sign out all other devices keeps this browser signed in and signs out everywhere else: useful if you lost a phone or used a public computer.

If you're only signed in on one device, the page says You're only signed in here.

Magic links and devices

Magic-link sign-in is per device. Requesting a link on your laptop does not sign in your phone. Each device needs its own sign-in. The link itself is single-use and expires after a short time.
