Agreements and waivers

The agreement filter switches the current text and its version history. Placeholder warnings are determined when the page loads; signed text is not changed by switching the filter.

Camp, facility rentals, and lap swim each have an agreement. When one is published, members must sign the current version before registering or booking. Publishing a new version keeps previously signed text unchanged.

Open Club → Programs → Agreements (or search for Agreements). Use the Agreement filter to choose:

• Camp waiver, signed per swimmer, per season.

• Facility rental, signed once per household, per year.

• Lap swim rules. Signed once per household, per year.

If a kind shows No version published yet, that program has no gate: members can use it without signing. Publish a version before opening registration or reservations.

Module enablement is configured in Settings. Publish the matching agreement before turning a program on for members.

Only someone who belongs to the household can sign for that household or its dependents. A member can't sign on behalf of a different household, and for a camp waiver tied to a specific swimmer, that swimmer must belong to the signer's household too. The platform rejects the signature otherwise.

Re-signing an already-current version is harmless: if a member (or staff, on their behalf) signs a version they've already signed, nothing new is recorded. No duplicate row, no error.

To change the wording, publish a new version (title + body). Members who already signed keep the old text on file; the next camp / rental / lap action collects a signature against the new current version.

Do not treat a placeholder first version as legal waiver language. The board-approved text belongs in a later published version. On the Agreements page, placeholder wording shows a warning above the current text so you know members would sign it as-is until you publish a real version.
