Review member-logged visits, set guest fee overrides, and print the gate QR poster.

Follow these steps at your club’s own website. Available screens and actions depend on your account’s role and the programs your club has enabled.

Overview

Guest log (/admin/guests) is where staff see guest visits members logged themselves — from the portal or from the QR poster at the gate. Each visit bills the guest fee to that household. You don't enter visits by hand; void a mistaken one to cancel any open fee invoice with it.

Two tabs:

  • Visits (default) — live and voided visits.

  • Guest fees — day-type overrides on top of the base guest visit fee (configured in Settings). An override charges a different amount on certain days (weekend or holiday, for example). Amounts freeze onto each visit when it is logged. Deactivate a rate instead of deleting it.

Print the guest QR poster from the Guest fees tab when you want members to log at the gate without opening the portal.
