Follow these steps at your club’s own website. Available screens and actions depend on your account’s role and the programs your club has enabled.
Overview
Open Reach → Messages to write to members. One place to compose: pick how to send, choose who should get it, write the message, then review and send.
Write
On the Write tab:
Start from a template if you like, or write your own Subject and Message.
Choose Send by: Email, Portal inbox, or both. Text message is coming soon.
If Email is on, you can also check Also post on the website's news page so a newsletter appears on the public news page after it sends.
Pick an Audience (a saved group, a quick preset, or build one).
Press Review and send, or Save as draft if you are not ready.
Email goes through a seed check first: a short test goes to addresses configured in Settings, you confirm it looks right, then you send to everyone. Portal-only notices ask you to confirm the household count, then publish right away.
Sent
The Sent tab is the full history — emails and portal notices together. Filter by channel (All / Email / Portal notices) and by Sent / Scheduled / Drafts. Drafts show Continue so you can finish them.
Audience
Saved segments use Delete to remove an audience definition. The confirmation explains that campaigns which already used it keep their saved audience. Deleting a segment does not change those campaigns.
Subscriber Unsubscribe and Re-subscribe are explicit buttons. Suppression Remove and Lift retain their delivery warnings; lifting a bounce or complaint requires a reason and the existing staff permission.
Under Audience you manage saved segments, newsletter subscribers, and suppressions (addresses the club must not email).
